Discovering Electricity

This book is a great informative text that incorporates wonderful illustration for students that are trying to learn about electricity. The book contains basic information about electricity so teachers may use it as a mentor text throughout the whole unit of electricity. The book touches upon topics such as: electrons, static electricity, battery power, and lights. Not only that it covers electricity as used in the home, and in the community, such as how it is used in traffic lights. If the students wanted to learn about circuits, conductors and insulators they may use this as a resource to learn more about them.
