The American Revolution Picture Book- Lexington and Concord Battles

Before the book begins there is a section called Who’s who? It provides us with the background knowledge so we know which person is on the American, British, or the unknown side. It also provides an introduction of why the battles of Lexington and Concord happened. Then the book proceeds to begin on April 18th 1775 at 9:30pm and goes through the story of the battles, with illustrations to help. The entire book goes through only 2 days total, but with specific events happening at different times that’s why the title is important for the pages. At the end of the book there is information about the Who’s Who people and what happened to them. This provides the reader with information about what happens to these people before during and after the battles.
