The American Revolution through British Eyes

From the beginning of our elementary school days when we have learned all the information about the American Revolution, we have seen it through the eyes of an American. But what happens when we get to older grades (i.e. college) and we come to the realization that there are two sides to every story? Just like this common theme that we teach to our students, we haven’t taught them the idea that Britain may have other thoughts as to what happened during the war. This website gives readers an idea of what happened during the American Revolution through the eyes of the British. This can be great when we are teaching students as it is important that they can see the war through an unbiased lens and this website does a great job giving you the truth from the British side. This makes it a little bit easier to teach your students truly what happened without a biased view of it.
