There are many questions that can be used for tests and quizzes. Many of the projects suggested in this book can be used to encourage high order thinking skills. For example, the book suggests that students design a colonial home or discuss colonial inventions that are still in use today. On page 59, the book provides a butter churning activity that can be conducted in the classroom to make learning about Colonial life more memorable.
